THE BRIEF:
To create an updated exclusive store concept that is contemporary and young without overplaying the ‘natural essence’ of the brand offerings. The brand environment design should have a design signature that enables it to compete with leaders in the mass and masstige segment.
THE CONCEPT:
Lotus Herbal Ltd is a leading manufacturer and retailer of natural cosmetics with the core purpose “to provide beauty solutions with a blend of nature and science”, this was rendered as a ‘HOUSE OF SMART NATURAL BEAUTY’ using a palette of natural and contemporary materials.
The store was zoned into SKIN, HAIR, COLOR and MAKEOVERS products and services to deliver ‘consultative smart selling of natural beauty solutions, the product display area presents color stories in clusters of product categories coordinated with information and imagery in printed fabric back-lit panels, the makeover area is treated in a darker palette to give a more intimate feel.
A ‘Best of the best’ feature wall presents the trending products in the store, A significant contributor to the brand signature is the store environment graphics which is inspired from the brand’s ‘leaf’ logo, origami inspired light complemented contrastingly with pipe lights installation add to the brand signature, greenery adds a warm inviting and homely touch to the store
