To design a chic and relaxing environment that delivers the experience of four customer lifestyle centric sleep solutions.
THE CONCEPT
The store concept is curated to take the role of an empathetic consultative guide and deliver an experiential journey that educates, demonstrates, and enables making precise informed choices of the brand’s engineered sleep solutions.
The window display setting, ‘the sleeping beauty’, features the best offering of the brand staged with special lighting and imagery. The store entrance features the ‘Why Duroflex’ narrative in a combination of a brand proprietary arty installation of mattress foams and corporate information on glass decals.
This leads into the four distinct ‘sleep stories’ of Duropedic (an orthopedic support system available in India tested and recommended by the experts at the National Health Academy), Energize (designed to rechange while you sleep), Natural Living (made up to biodegradable and 100 % natural materials) and Essentials (blend of comfort and exceptional value). Each inviting story is supported with a display of the mattress to test it, its core features, miniature samples and imagery to complete the experience.
The ‘Sleep Lab’ enables customers to have dialogues with sleep specialists when seeking more detailed information to assist make the right decision. ‘Pillow Talk’, the accessories wall features accessories that are bought with mattresses to complete the sleep solution.
A signature store palette comprised of soft colors and forms accentuated with indirect lighting and a ‘star lit ceiling’ help create a chic and relaxing store environment.
