Agaro is a Direct-to-Consumer brand offering a wide range of home appliances, health and personal care products popular for their commitment to quality and affordability making it a popular choice among Indian consumers.

The brand decided to go offline to strengthen their trust and visibility in the marketplace. The objective of the physical environment to promote the brands mission “to offer customers the choice to make life healthy, beautiful and exciting”. The primary objective of the store design was to develop a differentiated signature for the brand in the physical space. This was enabled using a modern and urban palette that complemented the brand colors and its lifestyle imagery in its storefront and interiors. The layout and fixture design were carefully planned to ensure the dominant assortment offered was presented in a way to enable experiential browsing in a compact space. To deliver great instore experience, omnichannel access, QR codes for access to product information online, highlighting and product demo of special products in focal points across categories was carefully planned. Overall, the environment helped the brand to transcend from the online space to the offline and enable the articulation of its competitive advantage of quality, affordability and dominant assortment, in a compact and experiential offline store.
