SPACE is one of the leading furniture design and manufacturing company in India with 7+ years in the industry with over 5000 projects in their portfolio. They specialize in providing customized corporate furniture solutions – workstations, desks, executive furniture, storage and accessories manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility spread over 150,000 square feet.

THE BRIEF
To create a consultative lifestyle environment that enables customers to experience all the tenets of the brand’s premium and specialized services and solutions.

THE CONCEPT
The concept strategy is to present a ‘MODERN STUDIO’ that is both inspiring and informative all along the customer’s journey through the brand’s offerings and its technical expertise.
THE JOURNEY
An innovatively angled and designed main signage complemented with an edge-lit graphics installation ensures high visibility and unmistakable identity for the store’s specialization for the destination, located challengingly on the upper floor.
The space is zoned into 3 clear zones with different engagement mandates – Brand Intro Zone, Dialogue Zone and Demo Zone.
The first, the ‘BRAND INTRO ZONE’ focusses on showcasing the brand’s strength in consultative design, engineering and services. A very stylish and unconventional reception desk sets the mood for an experience of beautiful design. The brand wall tells the brand story in a ‘home page’ like installation in a relaxing quirky tone.
The ‘BRAND DIALOGUE ZONE’ is where a combination of product setting and information engage with customers to educate, inform and decide on multiple attributes for selecting the most suitable furniture system they are looking for. Different types of furniture systems and accessories are set up in concept stories. Perimeter walls of in this zone feature well organized and presented swatches and samples.
This zone features a discussion lounge designed like a modern premium bar that the target segment is comfortable with.
The ‘DEMO ZONE’ is the far end of the experience center near the open back window display where setups are created of prototypes of selected furniture systems selected by customers. This zone is created to be re-stageable for different concepts settings as and when required.

ADDING DRAMA
Visual merchandising and graphic play a key role in articulating the lifestyle tone of the environment
A proprietary graphic pattern, created from the plan view of furniture configurations, is interpreted across the store in the signage and wallpaper patterns.
The fixtures that help in the presentation of information and samples are designed from the product material palette.
Lighting plays a crucial role in creating an aspirational environment. A combination of edge, back, linear, cove, accent, fabric lit and decorative lighting help delivery the brand’s story line in the customer’s journey.
Greenery is tastefully added in the store environment to create a warm and relaxed setting enables an enjoyable journey in the experience center.
